This is a contractual requirement, to allow us to perform or prepare the transaction you demanded. In case the aforementioned information is not provided, no order can be placed. SITWEAR.BE preserves these details up until 7 years after the acceptance of the order. Also, we may process this information for statistical purposes and to evaluate our services.
With your permission, (a) we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates and/or about third-parties (suppliers of products in our web shop or similar products which we think might be of interest to you) with whom we collaborate; (b) our website and/or store will use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at; and (c) our website may apply cookies as specified below. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we process your information for that specific reason only. This processing is necessary to perform or prepare this transaction.

SECTION 4 – WooCommerce
Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. The use of WooCommerce’s platform and/or other services may be subject to other terms and conditions, which is beyond SITWEAR.BE’s control. SITWEAR.BE cannot be held responsible in any way as regards the relationship between you and WooCommerce. and denies all liability in that respect.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
